Objectives

The platform will help organize the oral and poster sessions for each division.

The event objectives are:

  1. Allow participants to present their research to their peers.
  2. Stimulate insightful discussions and feedback.
  3. Increase networking opportunities and collaborations.
  4. Meet top researchers in the fields.
  5. Broaden your understanding of other research fields.

For all poster presenters :

Thursday, February 29, 2024

Posters should be displayed before 12:00 pm in the Grand ball rooms on the 3rd floor of the Thad Cochran Convention Center

The doors for the Grand Ball rooms will be locked at 3:00 pm during the Awards and Dodge Event.

The reception and posters will immediately follow the Dodge Event.

We have just over 300 posters so we are asking the presenters for the odd numbered posters to stand by their posters for judging in their division between 5-6 pm and Even numbered poster presenters to stand by their posters from 6:00 -7:00 pm

This way each group will have time to enjoy the reception and visit additional posters.
