The Student Welcome Day is for all graduate students (MSc or PhD) or postdoctoral students registered at the Azrieli Research Center at CHU Sainte-Justine (Center).
The event is held at the beginning of each semester, on the last Thursday of September, January and May each year.
People who register for an internship or studies for a period of 12 months or more are automatically invited to the event, when their file is opened. However, the welcome day is open to all people registered at the Center who feel the need.
Student Buddy Program
The Student Budy Program is organized during Welcome Day. People who wish to be mentors or mentees for the current term must complete the Welcome Day registration form.
