2024 NIH Research Festival Virtual Poster Session

Welcome to the NIH Research Festival Virtual Poster Site!

As part of the 2024 NIH Research Festival, we are holding a virtual poster session on Tuesday, Sept. 24, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. ET. This is to complement our four in-person poster sessions on Monday, Sept. 23.

You can join as a viewer or as a poster presenter.

Poster viewers: To view virtual posters as an audience member on Sept. 24, you must register in advance before the start of this poster session. Please use the registration tab above.

Poster presenters: To participate as a poster presenter, you need to first register (use registration tab above) and then submit your poster abstract using the submission tab. The deadline to submit an abstract is Friday, August 30, at 11:59 p.m. your local time.

ATTENTION: Poster presenters are to submit an abstract only, not the full poster. Once your abstract is accepted, you will receive information about uploading your poster. Poster/Slides/Video requirements are explained at https://help.fourwaves.com/how-participants-can-upload-their-poster.

This virtual poster session is primarily for our NIH colleagues in North Carolina (NIEHS), Montana (NIAID RML), and Arizona (NIDDK Phoenix) who cannot travel to the NIH Bethesda campus. Those who are presenting in person on Sept. 23 are encouraged to additionally join this virtual poster session on Sept. 24 to share their work with our colleagues from NIH campuses beyond Maryland.

We are also accepting virtual posters from colleagues in Frederick and Baltimore who cannot easily travel to Bethesda.
