Registration Guidelines

▸ All participants should register online. We are not accepting any registrations by email, fax, or postal mail. Only Online Registration method is accepted.
▸ Presentation author must register to the 2024 CUK-AAPINA International Nursing Conference.
▸ First day dinner, Second day lunch, Both day coffee are included
▸ Students are requested to submit proof of enrollment or student ID/certificate to verify their status to the Secretariat by e-mail(2024cainc@gmail.com).
▸ Undergraduate Student : Not including meals
▸ VAT included

Payment should be in the form of either one of the following:

Registration Confirmation (Receipt)

▸ A confirmation will be sent via email after your payment is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam/junk mail folder.
▸ An official receipt will be issued online-site upon completion of registration and payment.
▸ Please note that the receipt will be issued after your payment is confirmed by the Secretariat.
▸ If you have not received the receipt on-site for obvious reasons, please contact the Secretariat (2024cainc@gmail.com) then we will send you the receipt by email.
Cancellation Refund Policy

▸ Only cancellations made in writing will be accepted.
▸ Written requests for cancellation should be sent by e-mail (2024cainc@gmail.com).
▸ All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrant.
▸ Refunds will be made after the end of the meeting.
Cancellation by May 9, 2024 : 50% refund
Cancellation after May 9, 2024 : No refund
