Registration Guidelines

All participants should register online. We are not accepting any registrations by email, fax, or postal mail. Only Online Registration method is accepted.

Presentation author must register to the 2024 CUK-AAPINA International Nursing Conference.

▸ First day dinner, Second day lunch, Both day coffee are included

Students are requested to submit proof of enrollment or student ID/certificate to verify their status to the Secretariat by e-mail(2024cainc@gmail.com).

▸ Undergraduate Student : Not including meals

Registration Confirmation (Receipt)

A confirmation will be sent via email after your payment is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam/junk mail folder.

An official receipt will be issued online-site upon completion of registration and payment.

Please note that the receipt will be issued after your payment is confirmed by the Secretariat.

If you have not received the receipt on-site for obvious reasons, please contact the Secretariat (2024cainc@gmail.com) then we will send you the receipt by email.

Cancellation Refund Policy

Only cancellations made in writing will be accepted.

Written requests for cancellation should be sent by e-mail (2024cainc@gmail.com).

All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrant.

Refunds will be made after the end of the meeting.

Cancellation by May 9, 2024 : 50% refund

Cancellation after May 9, 2024 : No refund
