All poster presenters are encouraged to attend. Poster session orientation and Q&A from meeting organizers. First the group is tasked with setting up the poster boards. Next, check in at the registration table to find out where to put your poster up on the display board.

Because this is a +19 event all guests are reminded to bring two pieces of ID. One ID must be government issued photo ID with date of birth included.
