The 2026 CIPSRT Conference is being held in Calgary, Alberta, Canada from May 5-6, 2026.
The 2026 CIPSRT Conference is exclusively an in-person event.
Early bird rates are available until February 13, 2026
Registration rates for the 2026 CIPSRT Conference are:
Early bird (available until February 13, 2026): $695.00 (plus taxes)
Regular attendance (available from February 13-April 27, 2026): $795.00 (plus taxes)
Yes. Full-time students are eligible for the reduced student rate of $695.00 (plus taxes)
If you'd like to register a group, please reach out to cipsrt.conference@uregina.ca. Please note: If your attendee list is not yet confirmed, we’re happy to issue an invoice in advance and update the participant details once finalized.
We have partnered with both Air Canada and WestJet to offer attendees of the Conference a discounted rate on air fare. Please visit the Travel section of the Conference webpage for more information.
The 2026 CIPSRT Conference is being held at the Hyatt Regency in Calgary. As such, we have discounted room rates available for Conference attendees at the Hyatt. Please visit the Accommodations section of the Conference webpage for more information.
Unfortunately, our Conference platform doesn’t allow registrations to be issued without tax.
Yes, please email cipsrt.conference@uregina.ca if you wish to register using an alternate payment method.
Once payment is received, CIPSRT staff will complete the registration manually. Please note that registration will only be processed once full payment has been received.
If a registrant is unable to attend the 2026 CIPSRT Conference and informs the organizers in writing on or before March 24, 2026, a full refund will be issued, minus a $50.00 administration fee.
Refunds will not be issued after March 24, 2026, unless approved by CIPSRT Conference organizers.

Live translation services are utilized to ensure that presentations can be attended by both Anglophone and Francophone attendees.
Yes! Breakfast, lunch, and coffee break refreshments will be provided to our Conference attendees. Please ensure you note any dietary restrictions or allergies on your Conference registration.

CIPSRT will support efforts to submit attendance at the Conference for attendees' continuing education credit requirements
The conference team is pursuing approval for continuing education credits from professional bodies including the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) and the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA).

All oral and poster presentation submissions are reviewed by the Abstract Review Committee. Members of this committee are external to the University of Regina.
We are accepting a number of poster presentations from our call for presenters. Poster presentations will be adjudicated by the Abstract Review Committee, and successful presenters will be notified in December.
