Some sections such as the bios are restricted to only those who have registered. You can view these sections by logging in using the email you registered with.

Suggested dress code for Summer School is Business Casual.
There will be a fair amount of walking between meals and sessions. Bring comfortable walking shoes and an umbrella/raincoat in case of rain.
Wednesday:
Reminder to wear long pants and close toed shoes for lab sessions.
Also, on Wednesday, during the Physical Activity Workshop, some participants will have the opportunity to try out some of the demonstrated activities. Running shoes and comfortable clothing for ease of movement are recommended during this day.

The Summer School is fully funded by the endMS Training Program, and admission is highly competitive. As such, accepted trainee participants are expected to attend and actively engage in all scheduled sessions, events, and shared meals, which are core components of the Summer School experience.

The endMS Summer School is designed as a closed, cohort-based training program. Participation in Summer School sessions, events, meals and accommodation is therefore limited to individuals who have been formally accepted into the program.

Food allergies and dietary requirements

·         Monday and Tuesday buffet dinners will have gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian, and halal options.

·         If you indicated food allergies when you registered online, our caterers will work to the best of their ability to satisfy your dietary needs, however, we cannot guarantee that products are completely free of ingredients that may cause an allergic reaction or that all dietary requests can be accommodated.

·         For breakfasts and lunches in the Ban Righ Dining Hall, please look for these common menu identifiers or approach a staff member for assistance.

Free Evening (Wednesday, June 17)
Dinner will not be provided during this free evening. You may claim dinner ($45 per diem). Check out the suggestions by the Summer School hosts on where to eat!

You will receive an email invitation and instructions on how to register. If you cannot find it in your emails, please email anik.schoenfeldt@affiliate.mcgill.ca

Access and edit the registration
 

Login to Fourwaves using the email used on the original registration form.

In your dashboard, select the Participant role and go to the Registration tab.

Click on your registration. You can use the search bar to locate it easily.

From the side menu on the right, click Edit registration.

Following the registration deadline, you will be provided with the contact information for our designated travel company.

The endMS Program will cover the cost of your participation in the endMS Summer School. Any extended stays or travel beyond the endMS Summer School dates must be pre-approved and any additional costs for example: for flights booked on a different day, are your responsibility. Yes, presentations will be made available after the Summer School, provided the presenters have given permission to share them.
