Innovation in a Learning Organization: Impacts and Challenges in Rehabilitation
Welcome to the 4th Rehabilitation Scientific Day of Santé Québec West-Central Montreal Health and Social Services University Network
At a time when innovation is continuously transforming rehabilitation practices, this event is an invitation to learn, share knowledge, and shape the future of rehabilitation together. Bringing together researchers, clinicians, managers, students, partners, and people with lived experience, the event will showcase promising initiatives, innovative projects, and practical solutions that address current and emerging challenges in rehabilitation.
Throughout the day, participants will have the opportunity to attend inspiring keynote presentations, interactive workshops, lightning talks, scientific poster sessions, and valuable networking activities. Together, we will explore how a learning organization can foster collaboration, strengthen knowledge mobilization, accelerate innovation, and generate meaningful impacts on clinical practice, service delivery, and the quality of life of the people we serve.
Objectives
Explore how a learning organization can support innovation in rehabilitation by fostering knowledge sharing, collective learning, and the continuous adaptation of practices.
Highlight the tangible impacts of innovation in rehabilitation on clinical practices, service organization, the patient experience, and the quality of care.
Reflect on the challenges associated with the responsible integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in rehabilitation settings, including ethical, human, clinical, technological, and organizational considerations.
This event offers a unique opportunity to access and exchange knowledge derived from research, clinical practice, and lived experience, while engaging with innovative approaches and solutions. The day is designed to stimulate reflection, encourage collaboration, and inspire action toward the future of rehabilitation services.
