Each project poster can be submitted in only one of the three award categories - innovation, transformation or equity.
However, organisations or health services are encouraged to submit multiple posters on different projects across the various categories.
All applications are automatically eligible for the People’s Choice Poster Prize.
There are no requirements on paper size dimensions or layouts, etc, as it is a virtual poster - just a data limit of 100MB or less.
There is not requirement for the posters to be in either portrait or landscape. We are flexible in allowing applicants to submit what they feel best illustrates their work and outcomes.
100MB is not related to the physical size of the poster (eg A4 or A3), it is related to the electronic file size. You can submit a poster of any size as long as the data that is included on it is under the 100MB.
The showcase will be virtual so posters will not be required to be printed.
The inclusion of additional figures or files is to aid in the judging of the awards. They will not appear to the public but will be made available to the Award judging panel.
There is no word limit for the posters. We are flexible in allowing applicants to submit what they feel best illustrates their work and outcomes.
There is a word limit of 150- 250 words on the questions you are asked to complete within the award application to support your poster submission.
The Posters will be showcased on the VBHC Congress website.
People will be able to view the posters online at the Congress, and in the lead up to the Congress, and vote for their favourite for the People’s Choice Poster Prize.
