Every two years, the Allard Law Alumni Achievement Awards offer an opportunity for us to celebrate the accomplishments of just a few of the many remarkable members of our alumni community. The Board of Directors of the Allard Law Alumni Association invites you to join them on April 30, 2026 for a special evening in honour of six of these outstanding individuals:

Lifetime Achievement Award: The Honourable Wally Oppal, OBC, KC (LLB '66)

Alumni Award of Distinction: The Honourable Grant Burnyeat, KC (LLB '73) and Shannon Salter, KC (LLB '05)

Outstanding Young Alum Award: Chris Heslinga (JD '12)

Community Leadership: barbara findlay, KC (LLB '76)

Alumni Award for Research: Janine Benedet, KC (LLB '93)

Tickets are $135 each and include the awards ceremony plus two drink tickets and appetizers at the celebratory reception. Any proceeds after all event costs are accounted for will go towards supporting the Allard Law Alumni Association Student Bursary. We look forward to seeing you on April 30!
