By pressing the "Registration" button go to the respected page and fill the form: provide your first and last name, email, whether you want to join as the speaker or a listener and are you going to participate in person or online. If you are a speaker, then you should also provide your academic title, scientific degree, affiliation and the name of the presentation.

The submission of the presentation occurs at the respective page after the registration. You have to provide your first and last name, email, name of the title and the abstract. The presentation should be uploaded in the .ppt or .pptx format.

The conference will last two days and will have hybrid format: in person at the NaUKMA Museum and online on Microsoft Teams platform. The preferred format should be chosen during the registration.

The conference will be divided into thematical sections. The location of the section in which our presentation will take place, will be provided within the conference program.

Each presentation regardless of presence form (in person or online) will be recorded to video. Later, with speaker's approval, it may be published.

The exposition dedicated to the results of field works of AE KMA 2024 will be opened at the first day of the conference. Also there will be a gift shop within the NaUKMA Museum, where guests and participants will be able to bye souvenirs from the conference.
