Register for 2025 license renewal and compulsory continuing education activity

PreVenture annual license fees are due on April 1, 2025. PreVenture Facilitators, Administrators, Supervisor/Coaches and Trainers require a license in order to access the PreVenture Program and materials.

The permissions granted by a license vary based on the level of certification:

Facilitator License - Grants access to the PreVenture program and materials for the purpose of delivering the PreVenture program workshops and/or conducting the PreVenture screening process and assisting with and/or leading planning efforts for implementation of the program.

Administrator License - Grants access to the PreVenture program and materials for the purpose of conducting the PreVenture screening process and assisting with leading planning efforts for implementation of the program. Administrators may not deliver the PreVenture program workshops.

Supervisor/coach License - Grants the same permissions as the facilitator license in addition to authorizing the holder to conduct the PreVenture level 2 (high-fidelity) certification process, the PreVenture level 3-part 1 certification process, and provide general coaching and support to level 1 and level 2 facilitators/administrators.

Trainer License - Includes all permissions granted under the supervisor/coach license and additionally authorizes the holder to conduct level 1 facilitator/administrator training. It also permits the holder to provide general coaching and support to certified level 1, 2, facilitators/administrators, as well as certified level 3 supervisor/coaches.

A compulsory continuing education activity must be completed by all certification levels. This activity will be ready for distribution as of March 15, 2025, and will be forwarded once renewals have been confirmed.

Where ?

The continuing education activity will be an online activity and will be ready for distribution by March 15^th, 2025. Once annual license fees have been paid, the activity will be forwarded to you. Completion will be required by June 30, 2025.

Cost ?

$120 per facilitator and/or administrator license due by April 1, 2025.

$300 per supervisor/coach /license due April , 2025.

$1000 per trainer license due April 1, 2025.

Please note, the PreVenture Program operates out of the Azrieli Research Centre at the CHU Sainte-Justine Mother and Child Hospital in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and this credit card charge will appear as a charge from CHU Sainte-Justine Hospital.
