Las Vegas Conservation Nursery
The Las Vegas Conservation Nursery produces plant materials native or adapted to the Mojave Desert. The state nursery program can produce up to 250,000 plants each year and has experience growing 250 different plant species. The nurseries grow the majority of their plants from seed or cuttings and the Las Vegas nursery grows some plants for sale through the Washoe Conservation Nursery near Carson City. Plants are typically available as seedlings 1-3 years old. The Las Vegas Conservation Nursery has a Certified Arborist on staff, Amy Johnson (WE-12261A).
Desert Love Native Plants + Cactus Joe's Blue Diamond Nursery
Desert Love is a nonprofit native plant nursery dedicated to restoring and celebrating the beauty of our local ecosystem. Nestled at the base of the stunning Red Rock Mountains in Las Vegas, Nevada—within the legendary Cactus Joe’s Blue Diamond Nursery—we help the community fall in love with the desert, one native plant at a time.
