Virtual Judges

Virtual judging will happen asychronously Nov. 6-13. Please use this rubric for judging ePoster presentations.

Time Commitment for Judging

You will be assigned approximately 5 ePoster presentations throughout the judging period. It should take approximately 15-20 minutes to review the ePoster presentation (including PDF and ePoster audio file) and provide written feedback.

Accessing the Posters

To log in to the ePoster platform (FourWaves site), you must use the same email that you registered with. You will then go to the "ePoster Presentation" tab to see all the presentations.

Judging Ballots

Student presentations will be evaluated using ballots hosted on the RocketJudge platform. For each presentation that you have been assigned, you will provide scores through RocketJudge. A link to your ballots will be sent to your registration email by Nov. 6. The ballots will automatically close at 11:59 pm EST on Nov. 13 and the ballots will be considered “submitted”.

Please note, for ePoster presentations, comments MUST be left within the RocketJudge system. This is different then the in-person conference when the feedback is supposed to happen during your conversatoin with the student. Students WILL receive the comments from RocketJudge, but not their individual score.
