The Association of Canadian Ergonomists and their members play essential roles in the design, operation, and improvement of work systems. As organizations continue to evolve, the integration of Ergonomics, Human Factors, and Human & Organizational Performance (HOP) offers new possibilities for strengthening resilience and supporting learning.
By focusing on people — their expertise, capabilities, and limitations — we can better understand work as it truly happens. By exploring performance, we gain insight into adaptations, system interactions, and the conditions that shape outcomes. And by embracing possibility, we open the door to innovation in design, investigations, learning, and organizational culture.
We invite researchers, practitioners, and leaders to share insights that span and connect the physical, cognitive, and organizational domains of work as a dynamic whole. Together, we can help inform and shape the future and quality of work system design, information, safety, learning and human-system performance to adapt and thrive in Canada and beyond.
The ACE conference will be held from February 22nd to 24th in Vancouver, British Columbia. Workshops will be held on February 21st, followed by two and a half days of presentations.

The conference will be fully bilingual from French to English and from English to French thanks to the Worldly app!
