You may register for an on-site attendance in Freiburg, Germany or for online attendance (via Zoom)*. When you register for an on-site ticket, you have the following options to participate:

AgriVoltaics World Conference Only (July 1-3, 2025)
Both AgriVoltaics World Conference & AgriVoltaics Summer School.
AgriVoltaics Summer School Only (July 7-11, 2025).

Conference registration for on-site tickets includes:

Access to all conference sessions as well as the networking / exhibition area
Conference dinner*
Daily lunch and coffee breaks
Access to a password-secured Internal Area, which includes:
1. The digital conference program
2. An online list of participants
3. All accepted abstracts
4. PDF versions of the oral presentations and posters (if uploaded by the author)
Certificate of attendance (upon request)

Conference registration for online tickets includes:

Live access to all technical sessions and roundtables
Access to a password-secured Internal Area, which includes:
1. The digital conference program
2. An online list of participants
3. All accepted abstracts
4. PDF versions of the oral presentations and posters (if uploaded by the author)
Certificate of attendance (upon request)

Registration for the AgriVoltaics Summer School includes:

Participation in all sessions of the week (Week Ticket) or the session of the chosen day (Day Ticket)
Daily lunch breaks
Two daily coffee breaks
Certificate of attendance (upon request)

Registration for the Extended Technical Tours includes:

Extended Technical Tour 1: Western Germany:

Standard Ticket: Includes bus travel, two lunches, dinner, breakfast, and one private room for the overnight stay.
Economy Ticket: Includes bus travel, dinner, and a shared room for the overnight stay (lunches and breakfast not included).

Extended Technical Tour 2: Southern Germany:

Standard Ticket: Includes bus travel, two lunches, dinner, breakfast, and one private room for the overnight stay.
Economy Ticket: Includes bus travel, dinner, and one simple private room for the overnight stay (lunches and breakfast not included).

General information:

All registration fees must be paid in full before receiving credentials to access the conference.
Early Bird rates are only available until April 20, 2025, at 23:59 (CEST).
Student tickets are available only to students (including doctoral students) enrolled at an accredited university and registered with the university address. All student discounts are at the discretion of the organizers and proof of status is required.
* As part of our commitment to minimizing the carbon footprint of the conference and supporting a more sustainable future, we are pleased to offer the option of online participation. While we look forward to welcoming many attendees in person, joining the conference remotely is a great way to reduce the emissions associated with travel - especially for those coming from far away.
Cancellation Policy - Extended Technical Tours and AgriVoltaics Summer School
If you cancel your registration for the Extended Technical Tour or the AgriVoltaics Summer School after you have purchased and paid for a ticket, the following cancellation policy will apply:
- Up to 30 calendar days prior to the event:
  50% of the paid fee will be refunded. A processing fee of €50.00 + VAT will be charged.
- Between 30 and 15 calendar days prior to the event:
  50% of the paid fee will be refunded. A processing fee of €120.00 + VAT will be charged.
- 14 calendar days or less before the event:
  No refund will be made.
  All cancellations must be made in writing.
By purchasing a ticket for the Extended Technical Tour or the AgriVoltaics Summer School, you agree to the above cancellation policy.
