Instructions for Oral Presentations
Presentation Format
In most cases, presenters will have a maximum of 10 minutes for their presentation, followed by 2-3 minutes of questions, either immediately after the talk or at the end of the session. Please confirm the exact format with the session chairs.
We accept PowerPoint and PDF presentations. If you plan to use another format, please notify us in advance so we can confirm compatibility.
Please arrive to your presentation room at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your session with your presentation on a USB key. Your presentation should be loaded to the provided laptop prior to the beginning of your session.
Note on videos: If your presentation includes videos, please inform the technician in the Speaker Ready Room to ensure proper setup. Videos should be embedded directly in your presentation, as there will be no dedicated internet connection in the session rooms.
Instructions for Poster Presentations
Poster sessions are scheduled from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on both Tuesday, December 8, and Wednesday, December 9. Each poster will be presented during one of these two sessions. Authors will be notified of their assigned presentation evening at the start of the conference and should therefore plan to be available on both evenings.
Poster Format
Maximum poster size is 46 in. (116 cm) wide by 46 in. (116 cm) high. Please ensure your poster does not exceed these dimensions, as it will not fit in the available space.
Important: Please print your poster and bring it to the conference.
