By registering for the Rendez-vous, you have the opportunity to reserve a space to promote your products, approaches, research, etc. at the Innovation Show.
New this year, the 7th edition of the Rendez-vous will include moments dedicated exclusively to visiting the show, allowing our participants to discover the various exhibitors present.
Time to visit the Innovation Show
The Innovation Lounge will be open :
- November 4 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for the welcome cocktail (by invitation only for participants)
- November 5 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. for all participants
- November 5 from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. for all participants
- November 5 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. for all participants
- November 6 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for all participants
Your presence will be required at all times.
Rates
Two formulas are available for reserving a booth on the two and a half days of the Innovation Show when exhibitors will be present:
- Start-up package: $150
- Standard package: $500
You must register with BÉNÉFIQ for the two-day package as a participant in order to reserve a booth.
