Each year, EARMA brings together an international community of research managers, administrators, institutional leaders, policymakers, funders, and other research professionals to exchange knowledge, share experiences, and explore the evolving landscape of research management and administration. As we begin the journey towards Vienna, we invite the community to play an active role in shaping the conference experience. Whether you would like to share your expertise through a conference session, lead a Pre-Conference Workshop, or contribute to the review process as an Expert Evaluator, your involvement will help create a diverse, engaging, and high-quality programme.

The Calls for Abstracts, Pre-Conference Workshops, and Expert Evaluators open on June 29 and close on September 13, 2026.
