Call for Pre-Conference Workshops

As part of the EARMA Conference Vienna 2027, we invite experienced professionals to submit proposals for Pre-Conference Workshops (PCW), taking place on the afternoon of Monday, 24 May 2027, ahead of the official conference programme.

Pre-conference workshops are designed to provide participants with an in-depth, interactive learning experience on a specific topic relevant to research management and administration. Workshops are expected to welcome approximately 15-30 participants, creating an engaging environment that encourages interaction, knowledge exchange, and meaningful dialogue.

Who should apply?

We welcome proposals from research managers and administrators, institutional leaders, researchers, funders, policymakers, and other professionals with substantial expertise and practical experience in a topic relevant to the EARMA community.

Successful workshops should be led by trainers who can combine subject expertise with an interactive approach to learning, enabling participants to develop practical knowledge, exchange experiences, and gain new perspectives they can apply in their own organisations.
