Instructions for Oral Presentations
Instructions for Speakers at CAG/CARTO 2026
1- Verify the final schedule on the website as last-minute changes may occur.
2- Collect your badge at the registration desk.
3- Upload your presentation in your FourWaves account (step-by-step instructions), the day prior to your presentation at the latest. We accept PowerPoint and PDF presentations.
Presentation Format
Refer to the schedule for your exact presentation time, presentation times are not equal for all sessions but always include time for presentation and questions. Inquiries related to the presentation format should be directed to the session organizers NOT the Local Organizing Committee or the CAG/CARTO Executive.
Please arrive to your presentation room at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your session. Your presentation will be loaded to the provided laptop prior to the beginning of your session.
Instructions for Poster Presentations
Instructions for Posters at CAG/CARTO 2026
1- Poster set-up: you may set up your poster between 12.30-1 pm or when the poster session starts at 5 pm on Tuesday June 2nd. Push pins and Velcro pads will be provided on-site. In the poster hall, there will be a list indicating where each poster should be placed.
2- Posters will be displayed in the Michele Pujol Room, located in the Student Union Building.
3- The poster session is scheduled from 5 pm to 7 pm on Tuesday June 2nd. You are expected to be present by your poster during the session.
4- Poster take-down is right after the session, from 7 pm to 8 pm. Any poster not removed by the deadline will be recycled.
Poster Format
Maximum poster size is 1 m (39”) high by 1.5 m (59") wide. Please ensure your poster does not exceed these dimensions, as it will not fit in the available space.
Important: Please print your poster and bring it to the conference.
