Can I use the same Fourwaves account from a previous year or previous event? 

Click the registration button, fill in your details and submit the form. You will receive a confirmation email to manage your registration and to “Access your form”. Please click on this button and log in to your existing account, to complete your registration!             

I don't have a Fourwaves account yet, how do I create one? 

Click the registration button, fill in your details and submit the form. You will receive a confirmation email to manage your registration and to “Access your form”. Please click on this button to activate your account, to set a password and to complete your registration!             

I have trouble signing in, how can this be solved?

The tab "Participants" does not show the information I entered during registration. How can I change this? 

To change your details at the tab "Participants" you have to change them in your Fourwaves profile (click in the top right-hand corner to do this).

My abstract is not ready yet, how much time do I have to submit it? 

The deadline for abstract submission is May 31, 2026.

Can I make changes to the abstract after submission?

Yes. After submitting your abstract, you received an email from fourwaves confirming your submission. You can manage your submission via this email by clicking on a red button to access your form. Changes can be made until the submission deadline (May 31, 2026).
