30.09.2024 - submission of application form and abstract via the website

07.10.2024 - notification of abstract acceptance

14.10.2024 - participation fee payment (send a copy of participation fee payment document)

18.11.2024 - full (final) paper submission. Submitted papers are checked for plagiarism and pass a single blind review process.)

Papers may be written in English or in Bulgarian.

Participation Fee

60 euro - for a single paper (single author or multi-authored paper); participation fee includes conference proceedings (only as PDF file, downloadable from the conference website) and cocktail for a single author. Participating co-author or accompanying person 40 euro.

25 euro - for PhD students and students
