Please fill out the information below to submit your presentation for the event. Your poster must be submitted in .pdf, .jpeg, .jpg, or .PNG format. The print dimension recommended is 36 inches tall by 48 inches wide. (Posters should be at least 36” by 36, with a maximum of 42” tall and 48” wide.) The Engineering Career Center is supporting this event by covering all poster printing costs. Just submit your poster and we will print it for you.

We welcome submissions from any field of study and department at Cornell, as long as you can justify your work's relevance to the theme of this event: accelerating renewable energy deployment under uncertainties. Undergraduate/graduate students, faculty/staff, and postdocs are all eligible to submit posters for this event. The review committee will examine the content of your poster upon submission. If accepted, please be prepared to show up in-person during the 4:00pm - 6:30pm poster session on March 6, 2025 at the Duffield Atrium. We will send out instructions to set up your poster a couple days ahead of the event.

You may submit multiple posters as first author, but please make sure you designate a unique presenter for each poster. If your submission involves a demonstration of a physical prototype, we will send you an email to follow up as we are figuring space constraints for the venue.

Deadline for poster submission: Friday, February 28th, 2025, 11:59pm.

Please note that our industry partners may take photos of your poster. This is a public event, and presentations will be made available online for registered participants to read but will not be shared for any other purpose.

Near the end of the event, we will have industry guests to serve as judges to award prizes for top poster presentations. More detail regarding to the prizes will be announced later.
