• The session will be held during our in-person conference section held as part of the FHSS Congress at George Brown College.

• Your presentation’s assignment in a specific session as well as scheduling will be posted on March 3.

Accepted for a Presentation Session held virtually (June 9-13)

• The session will be held during our virtual conference section.

• Your presentation’s assignment in a specific session as well as scheduling will be posted on March 3.

Accepted for a Roundtable Session held in-person (June 1-5)

• The session will be held during our in-person conference section held as part of the FHSS Congress at George Brown College.

• Your presentation’s assignment in a specific session as well as scheduling will be posted on March 3.

Recommending for a Poster Session

• The CSA office will be contacting you with further information on our in-person and virtual poster sessions.

Revisions Requested

• Refer to the comments to author field for feedback from the session organizers if they have not already contacted you directly.

• A decision on your submission is pending.

Standby - recommending for a different session

• The session organizers have recommending that your submission be considered in a different session.

• The CSA office will be contacting you with further information.

Declined for this session

• The submission is not approved for presentation.

• You have the option to contact the CSA office to have your submission considered for an omnibus session
