Uploading your presentation
All presentation materials must be uploaded to Fourwaves by Wednesday May 12, 2027, 5:00pm AT.
This strict deadline applies to all presenters (oral and poster, student or not, within a symposium or not). This requirement comes from the venue’s audiovisual team and ensures that:
- Presentations are ready for smooth operation on shared computers.
- Student presentations are eligible for the presentation award (only if uploaded by the deadline).
Oral Presentations:
Upload your final PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) or PDF slide deck. Other formats are not supported. No need to upload a recording.
-Please name your file with the last name of the presenter, initial, day and time of presentation. Example: Fortin_MJ_May18_1130
Poster Presentations:
Poster Orentation is Portrait.
Poster Dimensions are: width = 76 cm and tall = 91 cm.
Upload a digital version of your final poster.
-Please name your file with the last name of the presenter, initial followed by "Poster". Example: Fortin_MJ_Poster

The conference will be held at the Westin Nova Scotian Hotel from May 17 to 20, 2027
Call for symposia/workshops is open.
Call for Abstracts (Oral Presentations and Posters) will be open November 2.
A PDF version of the schedule will be available to download in April 2027.

Registration Fees
Child Care
The CSEE will not have in-house childcare set up because of many logistical, legal, and financial aspects (namely: insurance, space, equipment, age range of children, food, costs).
