Eco-friendly Event

To make this a sustainable event, several measures have been implemented during the conference. Here are a few examples:

• Reusable dishware is provided whenever possible, or compostable alternatives

• Waste sorting stations are available to participants, including compost bins

• Shuttle service is provided to reduce the use of personal vehicles

• TTC

• Collection of lanyards and name badges at the end of the conference

• Locally sourced food and beverages

• On-site water and coffee stations

• Redistribution of surplus food
