Eco-friendly Event
To make this a sustainable event, several measures have been implemented during the conference. Here are a few examples:
Reusable dishware is provided whenever possible, or compostable alternatives
Waste sorting stations are available to participants, including compost bins
Shuttle service is provided to reduce the use of personal vehicles

Collection of lanyards and name badges at the end of the conference

Redistribution of surplus food
