Late-Breaking Abstract Opportunity

We will be offering a select number of slots for Late Breaking Abstracts at CSEP 2026!

Did you miss the abstract deadline in June, or were you unsure if your research would be ready for submission? Then this may be your chance to have your work presented at this year’s annual conference!

Are you eligible to submit? 

For Late-Breaking Abstracts, your abstract must meet the following conditions to be eligible: 

1. Abstracts must demonstrate a substantial data set. Pilot data or a proposal will not be considered. 

2. First priority will be given to (in this order) 

• CSEP Student members in good standing 

• Undergraduate or Masters Student

• First authors who have not already submitted an abstract by the June deadline.  

Late Breaking Abstract Policies

• Late-Breaking Abstracts are not eligible for publication.

• All Late Breaking abstracts will be presented in poster format only. 

• The date and time for poster presentation will be confirmed by e-mail after October 1, 2026.
