CSEP Conference 2026

WELCOME to CSEP 2026!!  

Please note the the deadlines for abstracts and symposia submissions differ and are as follows:

• Symposia submissions closed Friday April 24, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST

• Awards and Grants Abstract Submissions closed May 15th, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST

• Abstract submissions are due Sunday June 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST
  
  If you have any questions or are having issues with submitting, please contact events@csep.ca.

Please us the above "Submission Form" button to submit your Symposium or Abstract. Abstract submitters will be asked to select the presentation award(s) they are applying to. Submission review will take place after the the submission window has closed. If you are not selected to present at one of the sessions, you may still be asked to present during one of the Free Comms periods.

Don't forget to consult the Guidelines pages before you submit!
