Room rates are net, non-commissionable and quoted in Canadian funds. Rates are on a per room, per night basis (single or double occupancy). Additional occupants (maximum quad occupancy) are $30.00. Children under the age of the age of 12 years, sharing room with their parent(s), stay at no charge. All room rates are subject to a 4% Alberta Provincial Tourism Levy, 5% Goods and Services Tax, and 4% Destination Marketing.

Campus Tower Suite Hotel

A total of 55 rooms have been blocked at the Campus Tower Suite Hotel for the Canadian Society of Microbiologists 75th Annual Conference registrants.

Please Note:
Extra Adult Charges & Children: Guest Room Rates are based on adult occupancy and exclude taxes.  Children under the age of 18 years of age stay free, in the same room as a paid adult. 
Guest Room Rate Availability Pre & Post Event: Negotiated Guest Room Rates are available to your guests three (3) days pre/post actual Event dates (based on availability).  
Currency: Guest Room Rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars and are subject to taxes.
No-Show Reservations: Guest Room reservations where the Guest has not arrived on their confirmed arrival date will be cancelled by the Hotel and the party which has guaranteed the reservation will be charged an  amount equalling one night of the confirmed Guest Room Rate plus applicable taxes.

TRADITIONAL DORM ROOMS: Accommodation is provided in traditional dorm rooms. Single and twin rooms are available; shared washrooms are centrally located on each floor. Linen and towel services are provided. Please note, twin rooms are either dedicated twin rooms or single rooms are used with the provision of cots - availability of dedicated twin rooms cannot be guaranteed. Groups not wanting to utilize cots to twin rooms will be required to pay single rates. Nightly rates include high speed internet access. Each floor includes a lounge with a telephone and cable television, a kitchen and coin-operated laundry. Note that parking charges are extra and may be purchased through a Parking Services kiosk.

PRIVATE DORM ROOMS: Accommodation is provided in private dorm rooms in single occupancy (one single bed). Nightly rates include high speed internet access. Rooms offer private washrooms, a work desk, linen and towel services. Each floor includes a lounge with cable television, telephone service with free local calls, a kitchen and coin-operated laundry. Note that parking charges are extra and may be purchased through a Parking Services kiosk.

GUEST ROOMS: Accommodation is provided in the Conference Centre Guest Rooms. Nightly rates include high speed internet access. Rates are based on single or double occupancy. Guest rooms offer televisions with cable service, telephones with free local calls, hair dryers, fridge, Keuring coffee maker, clock radios, as well as daily housekeeping service. Note that parking charges are extra and may be purchased through a Parking Services kiosk.
