NCOMA GME Credit

To receive CME Credit please use the two (2) forms shown below. (1.5 CME Credits)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. This form will be used for reporting CME credit hours to the AOA.

2. Credit hours are based on the number of resident poster presentations you viewed.

3. Fill in the total amount of credits in the space provided at the bottom of this form.

4. Sign and date form.

5. Return by email to info@ncoma.org no later than February 28 , 2026.

NCOMA will report this CME to the AOA by March 1, 2026.
