Central Experimental Farm Tour
The Central Experimental Farm is located in Ottawa, Ontario and was established in 1886 as the central research station for the federal Department of Agriculture. The Farm continues that scientific focus as the location for laboratories and research plots for the Ottawa Research and Development Centre .

Prairie Weed Monitoring Network - Annual Research Update
The Prairie Weed Monitoring Network (PWMN) was established in 2023 to help prairie farmers manage weeds strategically and successfully through knowledge and innovation. This session will highlight recent weed surveillance efforts and value-added modelling of weed community shifts and herbicide resistance risk conducted by PWMN members. All attendees of the CWSS-SCM annual meeting are welcome.
