A unique opportunity for Quebec water professionals to discover the advances in water research in Quebec.
Program of the day
9:30 am - 10:00 am: Arrival and welcome of participants and poster area - research discovery and networking
10:00 am - 10:45 am: Welcome and opening conference by Karine Dauphin, Executive Director of the ROBVQ
10:45 am - 11:30 am: Networking Flash
11:30 - 12:30: 3-minute presentations (or 5-minute duo presentations) for the Governance and water management axis
12h30 - 14h00 : Lunch and Poster Space
14h00 - 15h00 : Presentations in 3min (or 5min in duo) for the Uses axis
15h00 - 15h30 : Break in the poster area
3:30 - 4:30: 3-minute presentations (or 5-minute duo presentations) for the Availability axis
4:30 - 6:30 pm: Cocktail and BravEau award presentation by Yves Marois, FRQNT Strategic Clusters Program Manager, in the Poster Space
6:45 p.m.: Departure of buses (for participants outside Quebec)
Prizes
- 3 x $500 scholarships for the People's Choice Awards of the MP3-5min contest (one per axis)
- 1 x $500 scholarships for the People's Choice Awards for the Public's Favourite award for the best poster
- 1 grand prize of $1,000 for the winner of the MP3-5min contest

Karine Dauphin
Regroupement des organismes des bassins versants du Québec
Karine Dauphin holds a master's degree in aquatic environment and river corridor engineering (Université François Rabelais - Tours) and a master's degree in environmental sciences (Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières). She has worked for more than 13 years with the Nicolet River Watershed Coordination Body (COPERNIC). During these years, she acquired knowledge and skills in integrated watershed management (IWM) in Quebec, in developing partnerships and projects that address local issues. She is now the Executive Director of the Regroupement des organismes de bassins versants du Québec (ROBVQ) since November 2021. All the experience she has acquired leads her to defend the GIEBV in Quebec and to represent and make the most of the expertise of the 40 watershed organizations (OBV) in Quebec.
