General Q&A's

Your EAMI Conference profile will be automatically created upon registering (you will need to confirm activation by email). With your conference profile, you will be able to connect and communicate with all attendees, and access the schedule and handouts before and during the conference.

If you are just volunteering to review, you do no need to submit or register to attend the conference. 
Once you've completed the Volunteer Now Form, you will receive an email with information and instructions on how to access your assigments once they have been attributed.

• Exhibitor area where attendees can explore and view demonstrations 

• Eligibility for Refunds: Attendees may request a refund for conference registration fees if the request is submitted in writing by June 1, 2026. Cancellation requests received after this timeframe, will not be eligible for a refund.*

• Request Process: To request a refund, attendees must send a written request via email at eami2026@em-lyon.com. The request must include the attendee’s name, contact information, and registration details.

• Administrative Fee: There will be a $50 administration fee.

• Non-Refundable Items: Any materials, services, or products purchased in addition to the registration fee are non-refundable. Please note that all accommodation costs are the responsibility of the attendee and are not covered by EAMI.
