• Travel Insurance

  Given the ongoing Middle East conflict and risk of escalation, we recommend that participants purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy should the cancellation of the conference become necessary.                   

• Flight Cancellations
  Voluntary flight cancellations can be an issue so it's best to check with your airline / travel agent.

• Hotel Reservation Cancellations
  Hotel cancellations are easier to arrange as long as the cancellation is done within the cancellation window.         

• Health and Vaccination Guidance
  Participants are encouraged to consult the CDC website for vaccination guidance for travel to Kenya.   Kenya - Traveler view | Travelers' Health | CDC

Your EAMI Conference profile will be automatically created upon registering (you will need to confirm activation by email). With your conference profile, you will be able to connect and communicate with all attendees, and access the schedule and handouts before and during the conference.

• Access to all sessions (and catering) to which you are registered

• Conference Material : Program, Schedule, Handouts (if provided),

• Networking opportunities

• Exhibitor area where attendees can explore and view demonstrations 

Conference Cancellations / Refund Policy

Administration Fee for Case Workshop: There will be a $25 administration fee.

Administrative Fee for Full Program: There will be a $100 administration fee.

Eligibility for Refunds: Attendees may request a refund for conference registration fees if the request is submitted in writing by June 1st, 2026. Cancellation requests received after this timeframe, will not be eligible for a refund.

Request Process: To request a refund, attendees must send a written request via email to eami2026@em-lyon.com The request must include the attendee’s name, contact information, and registration details.

Hotel Accommodation : All accommodation costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the attendee and are not covered by EAMI. Refunds will be in accordance with the booking conditions of the hotel (not EAMI).

Refunds for the Safari Excursion : Excursion costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the attendee and are not covered by EAMI. Refunds will be in accordance with the booking conditions of the SU Travel / Safari Excursion Operator (not EAMI).
