Deadlines and Timeline
Non-presenting co-authors can register for the conference until August 10, 2026, but registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The early bird rate is available for participants who complete the registration process by June 30, 2026.
In order to ensure the quality of the conference, the feasibility of its organization, and the ambiance at the event, the EPIP board has expressed a preference for the annual EPIP conferences to be limited to a maximum number of 300 participants.
Registration and Fees
Preliminary information on early-bird and full-price registration fees for Ph.D. students and regular participants is provided below.
Early-bird fees (until June 30, 2026):
Regular: €295
Ph.D. students: €150
Full-price fees:
Regular: €375
Ph.D. students: €220
The registration platform will open in early June.
The EPIP association supports Ph.D. researchers by offering them reduced conference registration fees and conference fee waivers for up to five researchers carrying out their research at universities based in developing countries (according to the World Bank Classification of low, lower-middle, and upper-middle income countries). To be considered for an EPIP2026 conference fee waiver, please submit an application to epip2026@polito.it, including a copy of your CV (maximum two pages) and documentation of your residence country (e.g., copy of your driver’s license or residence permit). Applications are assessed on a first-come, first-served basis. All information received will be considered confidential.
