Thank you for submitting a poster/elevator pitch for the 2026 EPIQ Conference. We're excited to continue the tradition of poster presentations and elevator pitches at this year's conference!

Poster Presentation Sessions:

Prepare your poster presentation based on an EPIQ activity focusing on extremely preterm babies, aligned with your site's work.

We have organized seven themed poster presentation sessions this year: Lung Health, Brain Health, Gut Health, Hemodynamics, Infection, Preterm Birth Network and Family Engagement.

Note that we will NOT print posters this year; you are responsible for printing and bringing your poster to the conference. Ensure your posters are 48 inches by 36 inches in landscape orientation.

Designated poster boards will be assigned ahead of time. Mount your poster using provided materials. Please disassemble posters at the session's end or MiCare staff will remove them.

You must also submit an electronic copy (e-copy) of your poster below.

Each poster session will begin with a 1-minute "Elevator pitch" by each poster team.

Elevator Pitch:

Elevator pitches offer a concise introduction to your project, captivating the audience within 1 minute. Pitches can be live or pre-recorded presentations, with pre-recorded pitches submitted via the Large File Transfer.

Unleash your creativity! Elevator pitches can take the form of a narrative, a group song, a solo or group performance, a poem, a short story, a video, an animation, a musical piece, or a presentation of 1 to 2 slides - the possibilities are endless!

Time management is key; remember, you have just 1 minute for your pitch!
