When you join, you’ll start in the main room and can then move into different breakout rooms to discuss posters with our fellows. Members of the Office of Faculty team will be available in the main room to assist you with navigation or any questions.

Tips for an Engaging Experience
To help make the session interactive and meaningful for everyone, we recommend:

Keep your camera on – Makes conversations more personal and engaging.

Visit multiple breakout rooms – Try to spend time in a few rooms so all presenters get a chance to share their work.

Review posters in advance – Familiarity with the content will make your discussions richer. If you can’t attend a particular session, leaving a comment on the poster is a great way to engage.

Be conversational and curious – Ask questions, share your thoughts, and enjoy learning from our fellows’ research.
