Celebrate the start of the school year (and Homecoming Week) by spending a cozy evening surrounded by 750 of your closest friends, family, and colleagues at this beloved campus celebration.
Harvest Feastival is an annual collaboration between Campus + Community Planning, Sage Catering, and the UBC Arts and Culture District. The evening includes a family-style feast of six locally-sourced dishes, followed by a lineup of performances and exhibits curated especially for Feastival guests in UBC’s world-class Arts and Culture District.

UBC's Chefs have prepared an incredible feast featuring six locally-sourced, sustainably-minded dishes. All dishes are served family-style so you'll have the chance to try it all! Please note that due to the nature of this event, substitutions are not possible.

Your Ticket Includes:
A family-style dining experience featuring six delicious dishes prepared by UBC Chefs: two appetizers, two main entrees, and two desserts. Alcohol is available for purchase for guests 19+.
Live musical performances while you dine.

Ticket Prices (Per person. GST and 3% platform fee applied at checkout):
Students & Indigenous community members- $45
Faculty, Staff, UNA & Acadia Park residents, UBC Alumni- $58
General Public - $70
Children (Ages 3-10)- $30
Infants (Ages 0-2) seated on an adult's lap - Free
Please note that we offer two types of tickets:
Individual Tickets: Open seating where you choose your seat after checking in at the event.
Group Tickets: Reserved seating (available for groups purchasing 8 or more tickets together).
Groups with fewer than 8 guests: Please purchase individual tickets. On event day, simply check in and head to our general seating area—our greeters will gladly help your group find open seats together!
Group Tickets (8 or more guests):
Purchase group tickets for reserved seats and ensure your group can sit together! Please note that depending on your final group size, you may share a table with another group.
