Harvest Feastival is Back!

September 19th marks the return of Harvest Feastival, an epic evening of incredible food, friends, arts and culture, right here at UBC Vancouver! Celebrate the start of the school year (and homecoming week!) by spending a cozy fall evening surrounded by 700 of your closest friends, family, and colleagues at this beloved campus celebration.

Back for the first time since 2019, Harvest Feastival is a collaboration between Campus + Community Planning, Sage Catering, and the UBC Arts and Culture District. The event includes a family-style feast of six locally-sourced dishes, followed by an evening of specially-curated programming, planned just for Feastival guests, at UBC’s world-class Arts and Culture District.

  • Dinner: 5:00pm-7:00pm
  • Arts and Culture Programming: 7:00pm-9:00pm

Ticket Prices

A limited number of tickets will be sold for this event. Prices are as follows*:

Students and Indigenous community members- $45

Faculty, Staff, UNA and Acadia Park residents, UBC Alumni- $55

General Public - $65

Children 3 and over- $30

Children two and under who will be seated on a lap do not need a ticket.

*ticket prices do not include tax

Your ticket includes:

- A delicious three-course family-style meal that includes two appetizers, two entrees, and two desserts. Alcohol is available for purchase for guests 19+.

- Post-dinner programming in the Arts and Culture District.

UBC's Chefs have prepared an incredible feast featuring six locally-sourced, sustainably-minded dishes.

All dishes are served family-style so you'll have the chance to try it all!

Please note that due to the nature of this event, substitutions are not possible.
