In the following the general terms and conditions of sale for online registration and online payment of the fee for the congress “Forging Alliances of Arts & Medicine”, June 18-20, 2026 in Berlin will be defined. The congress is organized by the International Society for Arts and Medicine (ISfAM).

  • Unless otherwise indicated, all the information and services in connection with the conference registration and payment of the registration fee to participate in the congress “Forging Alliances of Arts & Medicine” take place solely under these terms and conditions. Immediately after the confirmation of registration for the congress “Forging Alliances of Arts & Medicine”, one is obliged by the organizer to accept and pay.

  • As part of these terms and conditions, the organizer offers the congress participants the possibility of online registration and online payment of the conference fee. With the online registration for the congress, a contractual obligation between the applicant and the organizer comes into existence.

  • With the online registration for the congress “Forging Alliances of Arts & Medicine” in Berlin the applicant instructs the organizer to complete the purchase. Once the applicant has clicked the box “arrange booking”, a contract between the applicant and the organizer comes into existence. A confirmation of registration will be sent immediately via email and a confirmation of payment will also be sent via email as soon as the payment has been received. The payment confirmation must be presented to the cashiers at the front desk of the congress.

  • The organizer accepts payment with PayPal or by wire transfer.

  • The delivery of the payment confirmation takes place after payment is received. If the applicant does not receive the corresponding confirmation of payment within 3 weeks of payment, he/she is obliged to inform the organizer.

  • Cancellation policy: Cancellations are possible until May 17, 2026. Within this time the conference fee will be paid back less 50€ cancellation charge. Should clauses of these terms and conditions be invalid or lose their effectiveness due to a yet unknown circumstance, the validity of the remaining clauses and the validity of the contract remain unaffected.
