We welcome abstract submissions for the international congress Healing Arts - Forging Alliances of Arts & Medicine from October 1, 2025 until December 31, 2025. Please read the following guidelines carefully before preparing your submission:

Eligibility

Submissions are open to researchers, practitioners, artists, clinicians, and interdisciplinary professionals worldwide.
Work must be original and not previously published or presented elsewhere.

Abstract Format

Language: English
Length: max. 250 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations).
Structure: Please include
- Title (concise and informative)
- Authors & Affiliations
- Abstract text, recommended structure: Background, Objectives, Methods, Results/Insights, Conclusion/Implications
- Keywords (3-5)

Presentation Types

Oral Presentation (10 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A)
Poster Presentation
Workshop / Panel Proposal

Submission Process

All submissions must be made through our online submission system.
Please indicate your preferred presentation type (oral, poster, panel). The scientific committee reserves the right to assign final presentation formats.

Review Process

All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
Review criteria: relevance to the congress theme, clarity of objectives, methodological soundness, originality, and potential impact.
Notification of acceptance will be sent by January 2026.

Additional Information

At least one author of an accepted abstract must register for the congress.
Submissions that do not comply with the guidelines may be rejected without review.
