International Congress on Academic Medicine (ICAM)
All workshops, oral sessions, and poster presentations will be presented in person at the Palais des congrès de Montréal in Montréal, Québec, Canada, from April 1-4, 2027. Submissions must focus on Medical Education. Purely clinical research will only be considered if it has strong educational implications.

Final day for Abstract Submissions: Sunday, September 20, 2026
Abstract Reviews: Monday, September 28, 2026 - Sunday, November 8, 2026
Results Available to Abstract Submitters: Monday, November 23, 2026
Deadline for Abstract Submitters to Accept or Decline Presentations: Sunday, December 6, 2026
Final Deadline to Update Abstracts in the Abstract Portal: Sunday, February 7, 2027
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, all presenters must register for ICAM. Registration opens in November 2027.
You can make changes to your submission until February 7, 2027. After this, no changes will be permitted.
You are welcome to submit multiple abstracts, but please note that this might result in your sessions being scheduled at overlapping times. While we will do our best to avoid this, if you are submitting multiple abstracts, please ensure that you have taken this into account.
