International Cancer Education Conference 2026
Welcome to the ICEC 2026 Submission Portal
Late-breaking abstract submissions closed on 20 August 2026. Late-breaking abstracts will primarily be considered for posters only. A limited number of submissions may be selected for oral presentation, however, most oral presentation slots will be assigned during the initial abstract review and acceptance process. Late-breaking acceptance notifications will be sent in mid-September.
This is a great opportunity to share recently completed research, innovative cancer-related initiatives, or student-led projects. Your submission should include research that has just been completed, innovative cancer initiatives, and/or student endeavors. This late-breaking category offers a chance to present exciting new work that wasn’t ready by the initial abstract deadline. We also aim to increase student involvement—so student submissions are encouraged!
Click the 'Submit an Abstract' button above to get started. You will be asked to confirm a presentation type, the details for which can be viewed in the list of presentation types below. For more details, please review the full Author Instructions document.

Symposium Abstract Submissions closed on 9 June 2026 and are not being considered for Late-Breaking.
A symposium consists of three (3) speakers presenting on a central theme (see details below). One individual serves as the coordinator, responsible for organizing, collecting, and submitting all abstracts for a single 60-minute session.
If your abstract does not fit the symposium format, please consider submitting a "Workshop" or "Oral/Poster" abstract instead.
Before you begin, please read and save/bookmark the Author Instructions, which include our updated review criteria, before submitting an abstract. Also, read and understand the guidelines for the category in which you are submitting:

For Symposium/Panel Submissions: A symposium/panel should follow these requirements:
A Symposium/Panel is a 60-minute session that includes 3 speakers/presentations that have been coordinated ahead of time by an organizer so that all abstracts should be considered together, as opposed to oral presentations that are arranged in 60-minute sessions by the Planning Committee based on their abstract topics.
The Symposium/Panel organizer should first collect all of the individual abstracts from their presenters, before submitting anything in the abstract system.
When filling in the abstract proposal, the organizer will be asked to submit the following:
A Symposium/Panel Overview title and description (in the "Abstract text" field on the Survey page of the form), which will specify the overall Symposium/Panel title and a brief description (2-3 sentences) for the entire symposium/Panel
Three overall objectives for the Symposium/Panel
The title, presenter(s), and abstract (with all required component parts) for each individual abstract in the Symposium/Panel (3 abstracts, on the Additional Info page of the form)
