Posters
Posters provide an exciting opportunity to share your work with your Institute!
Poster boards are 8 feet wide by 4 feet tall (inclusive of a metal border) and will be shared between two presenters. For best results, please prepare your poster to fit within the shaded area (3.7 ft x 3.7 ft) in the graphic. Larger posters may hang off the board.
Posters should highlight graphics and data, present an easy-to-interpret story, and provide enough background to be understandable by IIDR Trainees of all disciplines and levels. Please be mindful of accessibility when designing your poster.
The Poster Session schedule will be announced in the Trainee Day Program. Awards will be presented for best poster by an IIDR undergraduate, MSc student, PhD student, and Post-Doctoral Fellow at the evening's Award Ceremony.

Please note that abstracts will be graded based on adherence to the following guidelines.
The abstract should not exceed 300 words and should be written for a general scientific audience. The audience will consist of students, faculty, and peers working in a variety of fields, so avoid highly technical or specific scientific language. Instead, focus on what is significant about your research and its implications in a clear and concise manner.
You are encouraged to submit an abstract based on methods as well as content. For submissions on works in progress in which the results will not be complete by the event date, describe anticipated results or impacts. For maximum impact, it is highly recommended that abstracts be well written, easily understood by a lay audience, and informative.
