Instructions for presenters
Abstract submission guidelines
All abstracts for Oral or Poster Presentations will follow the same format and all authors are kindly requested to follow the abstract guidelines listed here:
Abstracts should be submitted online via this website, on the Submission tab.
The abstract must be written in English.
You will find various sections where you can provide information about the authors, the main text, and include images or graphs if needed (though these are not mandatory).
You may submit your poster at any time. All accepted posters will be displayed on the conference website prior to the start of the event.
You can also select the session you would like to participate in and indicate if you wish to be considered for the poster prize.
After completing your submission, you will receive a confirmation email.

Prepare your poster
We strongly recommend printing your poster in A0 size (84.1 × 118.9 cm) to ensure it fits the provided stands.
Posters must be prepared in portrait mode (vertical).
Materials for fixing posters will be available at the Registration Desk.
Authors are responsible for retrieving their posters during removal time. After that time, abandoned posters will be discarded.

Prepare your oral presentation
Oral presentations will have a duration of 15 min of presentation+ 3 min for discussion.
Laptops with USB ports will be provided.
We recommend using PDF or PPT format.
Please arrive 30 minutes before your session to transfer and test your presentation.
Pointers will be available for presenters to change the slide if needed.
