Abstract submission guidelines

All abstracts for Oral or Poster Presentations will follow the same format and all authors are kindly requested to follow the abstract guidelines listed here:

  • Abstracts should be submitted online via this website, on the Submission tab.

  • The abstract must be written in English.

  • You will find various sections where you can provide information about the authors, the main text, and include images or graphs if needed (though these are not mandatory).

  • You may submit your poster at any time. All accepted posters will be displayed on the conference website prior to the start of the event.

  • You can also select the session you would like to participate in and indicate if you wish to be considered for the poster prize.

  • After completing your submission, you will receive a confirmation email.

Prepare your poster

  • We strongly recommend printing your poster in A0 size (84.1 × 118.9 cm) to ensure it fits the provided stands.

  • Posters must be prepared in portrait mode (vertical).

  • Materials for fixing posters will be available at the Registration Desk.

  • Authors are responsible for retrieving their posters during removal time. After that time, abandoned posters will be discarded.

Prepare your oral presentation

  • Oral presentations will have a duration of 15 min of presentation+ 3 min for discussion.

  • Laptops with USB ports will be provided.

  • We recommend using PDF or PPT format.

  • Please arrive 30 minutes before your session to transfer and test your presentation.

  • Pointers will be available for presenters to change the slide if needed.
