ACCOMMODATIONS

All conference attendees are encouraged to stay on-site at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity. Staying on campus means you are steps away from all conference sessions, dining, and social events, and ensures you get the best rates for accommodation

The Banff Centre hotel encompasses two buildings surrounded by forest, with mountain views from the rooms. Lloyd Hall features newly renovated rooms with modern finishes and large windows overlooking the Bow Valley. The Professional Development Centre (PDC) offers a warm, lodge-style atmosphere with pine timber frames, stone fireplaces, and expansive windows.

Booking Accommodations

A dedicated reservation link for IST 2026 attendees will be available when registration opens in June 2026. This link will allow you to book rooms at the conference group rate just like a standard hotel booking. Alternatively, you can book your reservation by calling in and referencing our group booking ID.

We will share the booking link via email and on this page as soon as it becomes available. Stay tuned!

DINING

Breakfast and lunch are included for all registered conference participants and will be served at the Vistas Dining Room on campus. Vistas offers inventive buffet dining with wrap-around mountain views, regionally sourced ingredients, and options to accommodate a wide range of dietary needs.
