Presentation, Power Pitch and Oral Presentation Upload Instructions.

To enable a smooth transition between speakers we are requiring that power pitch and oral presentation slides are uploaded prior to the conference. You can upload your slides by editing your submission via the Fourwaves platform, where fields for poster and slide uploads have been added. You can find more instructions for editing your submission here.

All posters should be physically printed for display on poster boards at the conference. We are also encouraging attendees to also upload a digital version of the poster so that attendees have easy access to your work. These can also be uploaded via the Fourwaves platform by editing your submission.

Oral Presentation Guidelines

We are excited to feature both 3-minute power pitches and 12-minute oral presentations at the conference. While the format and design of your slides are flexible, all presenters are required to adhere strictly to their allocated time slots.

  • 3-Minute Power Pitch: This format is designed for a rapid, high-impact overview of your research. Please be highly selective with your slides to ensure you can convey your key findings concisely within the three-minute limit.

  • 12-Minute Oral Presentation: This session provides more time for an in-depth discussion of your work. We recommend planning for a 10-minute talk to allow for 2 minutes of Q&A with the audience. Time limits will be strictly enforced to keep the sessions on schedule.

To ensure a smooth transition between speakers, please upload your final presentation in PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx) or PDF (.pdf) format to the fourwaves platform prior to the start of the conference.

Poster Requirements

We eagerly anticipate your contribution to the poster session for the International Society for Tractography. To ensure your poster fits the provided display boards, please adhere to the maximum dimensions of 90 cm in width and 140 cm in height (approximately 35.4 inches by 55.1 inches). While there are no specific requirements for the structure or layout, we encourage a design that is clear, visually engaging, and effectively communicates your research. Your goal should be to create a poster that is legible from a distance and stimulates insightful discussion with your peers.

Although posters will be presented in physical form (please print prior to the conference), you are encouraged to upload a digital version of your poster prior to the conference as well to allow for easy browsing for fellow attendees.
