Je reconnais que toute information divulguée lors des différentes réunions du réseau ThéCell en lien avec les projets de recherche présentés et discutés lors des réunions du réseau sera considérée comme confidentielle.

L'information confidentielle n’inclut pas de l'information qui m’est déjà connue, de l’information connue du public en général, ou de l’information reconnue comme une pratique standard dans le domaine.

Je reconnais que pour la durée de mon adhésion au réseau et pendant une période de 4 ans après la fin de ma participation au réseau, je tiendrai la nature confidentielle de ces renseignements et je reconnais que je n’utiliserai pas ces informations et que j’en empêcherai la diffusion non autorisée. Je reconnais que la divulgation non autorisée pourrait causer un préjudice irréparable et important aux chercheurs qui divulguent cette information.

Confidentiality

I agree that any information disclosed to me during the various meetings of the ThéCell network in connection with the research projects presented and discussed at the network meetings will be considered confidential.

Confidential information shall not include information previously known to me, the general public, or previously recognized as standard practice in the field.

I agree that for the duration of my membership and for a period of 4 years after the end of my membership, I will hold all confidential and proprietary information in confidence and will not use such information and will prevent its unauthorized dissemination. I acknowledge that unauthorized disclosure could cause irreparable and significant harm to the disclosing researchers.
