TOGETHER, INNOVATE FOR A HEALTHY WORLD

These days are offered free of charge to all research stakeholders working at the CHU de Québec-Université Laval in order to promote intra- and inter-axis exchanges, encourage the sharing of knowledge and highlight the excellence of the next generation.

Whether you are a member of the student or faculty community, a doctor, a medical resident, a postdoctoral fellow, a member of the research staff or a member of the administrative teams, take a moment, as we invite you to reserve these days and attend in large numbers to the presentations and round tables offered.

Important dates

Deadline to submit your abstract: until March 24th, 11:30 PM.

Deadline to register: until May 13th, 11:30 PM.

Change your meal reservations: until May 20th, 11:30 PM.

Upload a poster or other presentation document: until May 21st, 11:30 PM.


Present your project

Graduate students, residents registered in a research program, postdoctoral trainees and staff involved in carrying out a research project are invited to submit a summary of their project for an oral presentation or by poster during these days.

Emerging Excellence Award

Postdoctoral interns, residents, or fellows at CRCHU are invited to apply for this award, which recognizes the most promising career paths within our organization.

To apply for this award, you must be under the supervision of a professor, clinician-researcher, or clinician who conducts at least 50% of their research activities at the CHU de Québec-Université Laval. Provide in your application form a Curriculum Vitae as well as a letter of presentation of maximum two pages explaining your research trajectory, your academic or community commitments, and your professional goals. You are eligible even if you are unable to attend the event.


An in-person, eco-responsible event

The activities will take place at the Vandry building at Laval University.

Parking: eco-friendly transportation methods are preferred. If you need parking, please request it in your registration form.A valid parking permit for parking lots 108 and 008 will be sent to you by email.

Meals: The cocktail on May 22nd and the lunch on May 23rd are provided to registered attendees present on-site. To save money, and to limit waste, it is important to honor your reservations and, if necessary, modify your registration form no later than May 20th, 11:30 PM. Beverages: Coffee, tea and water fountains will be available. Bring your reusable cup!
