Kids Take Over UBC 2023


All Kids Take Over UBC tickets for 2023 are now SOLD OUT! Ticket sales are closed and tickets will NOT be available for sale on day of.

We're excited to welcome you and your family to campus on Sunday, February 19, from 11am-5pm!

Here's how tickets work for Kids Take Over UBC:

  • Tickets provide entry to all participating venues and activities. All activities take place in person, on UBC's Vancouver campus.
  • All attendees require a ticket and children must be accompanied by an adult at all times at the event.
  • Tickets are non-refundable and can only be transferred. To request a transfer, email info.utown@ubc.ca and include your name and a copy of your ticket receipt.
  • On event day, on-site ticket sales will not be offered. Please pre-purchase your tickets online before the event.
  • A set number of tickets are available and ticket sales will close once sold out.

All-Access Ticket Rates:

UBC (Students, Faculty, Staff, Alumni) / UNA, Acadia Park, Musqueam Residents: **SOLD OUT**

  • Young Child (0-4 years) - Free
  • Child (5-13 years) - $5
  • Youth/Adult (14+ years) - $10

General Public **SOLD OUT**:

  • Young Child (0-4 years) - Free
  • Child (5-13 years) - $10
  • Youth/Adult (14+ years) - $15

Parking - Pre-purchase & Save! *Limited time Offer*:

UBC Parking is generously sponsoring a discounted parking rate for event attendees, with all proceeds going to the AMS Food Bank. Pre-purchase your parking pass (valid for Fraser or Rose Garden Parkades only) with your Kids Take Over UBC tickets to get the special parking rate for the entire day (10:30am-6pm).

This offer is only available as an add-on to your ticket order and will only be available until February 14. For details on where to park, use the UBC Parking Map.

Hosted by UTown@UBC and UBC Arts & Culture District, Kids Take Over UBC brings together campus partners to host family-friendly activities in their venues and across the campus. Museums, arts and cultural amenities, faculties, and student organizations participate by coordinating activities that showcase their unique talents, skills and interests.
