Accreditation and Continuing Professional Development Credits

The Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Office of the Faculty of Medicine at the Université de Montréal is fully accredited by the Association of Faculties of Medicine of Canada (AFMC) and the Collège des médecins du Québec (CMQ).

Physicians participating in this activity may claim 6.5 hours of recognized continuing professional development under Category A, under the section “Activity recognized by a Quebec accredited continuing professional development provider.”

This activity is an accredited group learning activity (Section 1) as defined by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada's Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Program. It has been approved by the CPD Office of the Faculty of Medicine at the Université de Montréal for a maximum of 6.5 hours.

Participants must claim only the number of hours that corresponds to their actual participation in the activity and report them to their respective professional regulatory body.
